are a few things that you should check on your computer system to
make sure your Internet service can function properly. Please take

Please make sure
your DNS settings are 208.210.61.6 for the primary and 208.210.61.61
for the secondary. If you are experiencing email problems they are
related to this. Here is a link to Windows95
directions if you do not know how to make these changes.

If you continue
to have email problems, try logging in with your loginID and password
again.

| 3. |
All
access and email passwords will need to be at least 4 characters.
If your password is less than 4 currently we will simply add the letter
"r" in front of it until it reaches 4 characters. You will
be able to change this when you login again. |
