Windows 95 contains
a 32-bit winsock and dialer which enables you to use 32-bit internet
applications. Since you are using Windows 95 as your operating system,
you should be using Dial-Up Networking to make your connection.
Netscape for Windows 95 uses dial-up networking to establish the
network connection to the internet for PPP accounts. In order to
make sure your connection is OK, you will need to check the Dial-Up
Networking settings for your connection. Network settings are also
important and will need to be checked as well.
